Outstanding Real Estate Pro with impressive local knowledge. Rachel was extremely helpful in quickly selling our home. We did an open house on a Saturday and Sunday and asked for all offers to be presented on the following Monday. We had 40 people walk thru the home over the 2 days which resulted in 13 offers. The home sold in 3 days and 70K over asking. Rachel was instrumental in helping us review the offers and in preparing the house for the open house. She is a very personable individual and I would highly recommend her as an agent. Additionally she screen the people to make sure the offers were valid. I would use her again (five stars)
