The Little White Church is available for rent on Sunday mornings and one weekday each week. The chapel seats approximately 106 people with ample parking outside. This is a historic building and requires tender loving care. No food is permitted. This is a Full Service Lease but the Tenant is responsible for keeping it clean. This space is available to be Leased out as a house of worship. Tenant will need to complete a background check application and provide financials as well. Additionally, there is a one room, 280sf office, available for rent in the main building. It comes with bathroom privileges. Parking is available out front. This office may only be used for a religious non-profit organization.
