Slip 14H is 32' long and 15' 8" wide and is connected by water to slip 15K thereby making the combined length 67'. These slips are only offerred for sale as a package. Slip 15K and slip 14H are considered two separate properties with different tax identification numbers. The tax identification number for 15K is 0352490046814 and for 14H 0352490061581. In addition condo fees must be paid for each slip. As a slip owner, you would have access to all the amenities of the marina which include a well-maintained bathhouse, swimming pool, boat ramp, picnic tables, and grills. There is also storage for dinghies, paddleboards, and kayaks, as well as a launching space. Water and electricity are included as part of the quarterly condominium fees.
